Binnenvaartstraat Z/N, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren, in the De Plas–Kelchterhoef recreation area.Park in the main De Plas car park. From there, walk through the turnstile beside the building and follow the path to the right around the lake until you reach us.Please note: you cannot drive all the way to our site. Allow for a 5 to 10 minute walk.

What's the minimum number of participants?

For paintball, 10 participants.For airsoft, kids' paintball, GellyBall, laser shooting and archery tag, 8 participants.If you come with fewer, we charge the minimum. For activities involving ammunition, we do distribute the paintballs or magazines of the missing participants across your group, so nothing goes to waste.

How can I pay?

We never ask for a deposit, you pay afterwards.On site you can pay by cash or via Payconiq/Wero. Bank transfer is also possible.

Is there food and drink available?

Yes. When booking, you can indicate whether your group would like to eat with us.We have a wide selection of drinks: take whatever you like from the fridge and settle up at the end.Alcohol is not permitted.

Are you suitable for schools and youth groups?

Yes, we regularly host classes, entire schools, youth organisations and more. For the youngest groups, kids' paintball and laser shooting are the obvious choice.

How do you ensure safety?

Every group receives a briefing on the rules and equipment beforehand, and a marshal stays on the field throughout play.On top of that, fixed rules apply: barrel blockers on all paintball markers, no magazines in airsoft replicas outside the field, and all equipment goes straight onto the tables the moment you leave the field.We take safety seriously, and we expect the same from you.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, no problem at all. Everything is welcome except alcohol.

Are there showers?

Yes, and they're free. Just let us know when you book if your group would like to use them.Bring your own towel and a change of clothes.

What should I wear?

Sports clothing you don't mind getting dirty, and sturdy shoes or trainers with good grip, no sandals or dress shoes.Gloves can be handy but aren't essential, especially for our lower-impact activities.For paintball, kids' paintball and GellyBall we provide overalls, so your own clothes stay largely protected.

Do you host corporate team building?

Yes. For paintball we have a capacity of 250 people, so we can accommodate companies of any size.Because we have 4 separate fields, you can also run several activities at once, letting your staff choose whichever suits them best.Get in touch and we'll go through the options together.

What are the minimum ages?

Paintball: from 12. Between 12 and 15, an adult must accompany the group; from 16 you can play without one.Airsoft: from 14. Between 14 and 15, an adult must accompany the group. Under 18, a full-face mask is mandatory.Kids' paintball, GellyBall and laser shooting: from 8.Archery tag: from 12.

Can someone come along without playing?

Absolutely. Supervisors, parents and spectators are welcome on site free of charge and can watch everything from the sidelines.Anyone entering the playing area does need to wear a mask if necessary, which we provide.

I wear glasses. Can I take part?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our masks fit over most glasses. Contact lenses are usually more comfortable.If you can't get a mask to sit properly, let us know and we'll sort it out together.

How long will I be there?

Every activity has a maximum duration, but you're never obliged to stay that long.Paintball and airsoft: up to 4 hours, depending on your chosen start timeKids' paintball: 2 hoursLaser shooting: 1 or 2.5 hoursGellyBall: 1.5 hoursArchery tag: 1 hourAllow an extra 15 minutes on top of that for check-in and the safety briefing.

Can we organise a birthday party?

Yes, and it's one of our most popular bookings. Kids' paintball, laser shooting and archery tag work best for this.When booking you can also add food and even a bouncy castle. The bouncy castle is available for one hour, immediately following the end of your chosen activity.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, all activities are by reservation. You book online and receive immediate confirmation with your details. That way we know exactly how much equipment and supervision to prepare.For last-minute bookings, it's best to give us a call.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Up to 3 days before your booking date, you can cancel yourself using the link in your confirmation email. After that, please give us a call.To reschedule, either call us or cancel and book again.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, of course. Simply indicate when booking that you'd like an invoice. For companies, this option is selected by default.

What happens in bad weather?

Belgian weather can be unpredictable, but in practice it's rarely a problem. Rain showers seldom last long, and while one passes you can wait indoors in the dry. If prolonged storms are forecast, we'll let you know in good time and cancel.In hot weather we simply recommend lighter clothing. Our activities are physically demanding, so you will sweat, for most people the heat is a bigger challenge than the hits, so don't hurt yourself by wearing too much "against the pain".
